Recital with Anthony Hewitt at Swaledale Festival –

“In 2016, the talented 18 year-old Jess Gillam was the first saxophonist to reach the concerto finals in the BBC Young Muscian of the Year competition. Her fellow Ulverstonian, pianist Anthony Hewitt, appeared as ‘The Olympianist’ in 2012, when he cycled to Reeth as part of a marathon charity ride up and down the country, and played a concert on the Green. Today the dynamic duo will perform music by Maurice Ravel, Chick Corea, Pedro Itturalde, Peter de Rose and George Gershwin. ”
