Everybody dance! Debussy evokes ancient Greece, Stravinsky breaks open a paintbox of orchestral colours, and the brilliant young sax star Jess Gillam plays showpieces with a Latin flavour. Then it’s time to salsa, with Milhaud’s uproarious Le boeuf sur le toit.
